The money answer is to get Pirate Captains Hat and Ring of the Lost, which when used together block both of GHM Chomby's big attacks while dealing 9.5 icons/turn in return.

But let's work with a cheaper solution:
Get: Purple Sticky Hand, a Thick Smoke Bomb and Jade Elixir

Turn 1: Purple Sticky Hand + Sword of Skardsen + Drain Life

Withdraw and repeat until you sucessfully steal her T-Tear and GHMC uses her Jade Scorchstone (you also need you NOT to berserk with the SAP, as that will one take you down in one shot)

Turn 2: (stolen) T-Tear + H4000 Helmet + Lupe Breath

Turn 3: SoS + Honey Potion + Berserk (if you're lucky you win here)

Turn 4: Thick Smoke Bomb + SoS + Berserk

Turn 5: SoS + Jade Elixir + Sink (hope she doesn't use SAP)
