I was wondering what would be the best Constants for my pet for around 11 million

I was also thinking of getting a Clawed Shield, but that would be taken away from my 11 Mill
I would use WoR and PKiln, then use the rest for training.
As much as I normally advocate for training, 11 million is not going to be close to enough to balance that lab rat out via codestones.
So for weapons suggestions, I'd recommend full-type-blocking dual duties, especially for 1p. Get a
Yooyuball Players Sling and a
Ring of the Lost, as there is a finite supply, the prices are unlikely to drop. Then get a
Heavy Robe of Theivery, since you have a lab pet, you should have the movement and the steal is sometimes huge in 1p. Then think real hard about covering some additional icon types by getting
Pirate Captains Hat or
Clawed Shield /
Flame Reflectozap.
With what you have left over get a
Scuzzys Comb and/or a
Sword of Apocalypse and keep your eye open for a pair of cheap
Prickly Potions - they'll only be useful to you against 700 boost 1p opponents.
