I know that you need to have Neoflu or Sneezles, then go the Quick Ref page to get him, but how do you get the disease? Both the Wheel of Excitement and Misfortune currently don't have either as a prize, and how often would you get it from a Random Event? Are there any other alternatives? Help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no other way. There are no items that give the diseases.

Though I wish the Wheel's disease would change. My pet had Shaky Flakes 3 times in his short life.
