Oh my freaking gosh, this is awesome.

1. Go to the Battle Tower in the Battle Frontier.
2. Save in front of the PC inside.
3. Deposit the Pokemon (up to five) you want to clone in an empty box.
4. Exit the PC and save again.
5. Boot up the PC and withdraw the Pokemon you just deposited.
6. Go talk to the lady on the far right side, she will ask you if you want to join a Multi Battle. Select LV. 50 or Open Level (it doesn't matter which) and choose two Pokemon.
7. She will ask if it's ok to safe your progress, select "Yes".
8. There will be a delay of approximately one second, this is the glitch taking place. Turn your game off at the second save prompt, and the cloned Pokemon will be in your party and the box.

Also, if you're just interested in cloning items, try this:

1. Go to the same PC.
2. Using the "Move Items" feature, attach items to all the Pokemon in a box (or less, but the more cloned the better Toungue)
3. Exit the PC and save.
4. Remove all the items from the Pokemon.
5. Follow steps 6-8 with the lady.

DISCLAIMER: I found this glitch here. Possible language ahead, Smogon doesn't censor anything.
Hmm... Old news, to be honest. Even Smogon found out rather late. It'd been circulating around gfaqs for quite a while. I was surprised when it popped up there given the disdain with which many of their mods regard 'ingamers'. Opening post itself is surprisingly language-free by Smogon standards, then again the poster isn't particularly offensive by nature (known for YGO instead of Pokemon battling, lol).

Item-wise, it's a godsend. Want to try SR-ing for a good Rayquaza/Groudon/Kyogre with Ultra Balls, factoring in the irritating animation that plays before you actually get into battle, and the fact that Synchronize doesn't work? I wish you luck. Did that myself pre-glitch discovery, heh. And picking-up TM26s...

Pokemon-wise, it's pretty pointless. For yourself, that is. If you're a generous soul looking to spread his wonderful IV/ Shiny pokes around the world, then this glitch is for you.
Yeah, I kinda figured it was old news judging by the July 2006 post date, but I didn't know about it until today so I'm sure there are others who haven't heard either. Wink

Plzkthx Big Grin

If I do get another pokemon game from the series, it will most likely be emerald (only have pearl ATM), because of this glitch that I heard about on gameFAQ's Smile
If anybody gets a Jolly Shroomish with 30/31 IVs CLONE KPLZ TIME.

D=
Um, isn't Adamant the preferred nature for Breloom? And more specifics would be good, 30/31 in Attack/Speed or in all stats? If the former then wouldn't breeding for it be pretty easy?
IMO, Jolly is really only necessary when running Choice Scarf. Scarf + Jolly + max EV's outspeeds everything except for the 130 crowd (Jolteon, Crobat, Aerodactyl) who need absolutely max speed to outrun you, but Scarf + Spore would only be good for sleeping Darkrai before it does anything.
Which then leads me to question what on earth you're doing playing Breloom in Ubers... Certainly haven't seen one in that environment thus far...

CS point noted, though.
Old, old news. I heard that one year ago.
ehhhh. Mach Punch / Spore / FP / HP Ghost is pure win, especially if you can predict right.

Encore / CM / Sub / whatever Alakazam is also win.

HP is now all special, so that's no good. Encorezam is fun, but any Gyarados or Tyranitar with Taunt will walk all over it Sad
