IM starting to train my second pet with codestones and dubloons. My first pet is lab rayed...but i just get too annoyed with the ray and its unbalanced training.

Is it crucial to train movement? How important is it overall comapred to Hp, strength, and defence?

Movement does almost nothing at the moment. You need 201+ to use Heavy Robe of Thievery and the movement stat affected one step in the Lost Desert Plot and that's everything I know of to date.

You can spend the NP now and gamble that it will be useful for other weapons in the future or you can save your NP and pay increased training costs if that ever actually happens.
