Whatever the new PQ is, if they were really intent on levelling people up to 120 soon, they would've released that before NLC or made NLC a better place for high-levelled characters.
About that "bosses are killed for drops and fun" thing, you've gotta kill the boss to get the drops, which gives you EXP! And better place for high-levelled characters, they use the Wolf Spiders to do that. I'm not sure if Wolf Spiders have been nerfed, but they give 1,200 EXP per kill, which is good for the amount of health they have. Don't forget that New Leaf City is only the beginning of Masteria. There's definitely going to be training places for the high-levelled characters, it just depends where you draw the line. About the Party Quest, I don't think they want to introduce two new Party Quests in two patches in a row (Amoria PQ and Pirate PQ) anyway.

Put yourself in a more neutral position and think about it. Just forget everything you've heard about Storage OPQ. I totally believed in what people said about it before I pulled myself out of the dump to think about it.

Why can Nexon make every stage in every Party Quest (Kerning City, Ludibrium, Orbis Lounge and Walkway etc) so that they can only be cleared by the leader of the party, but not Storage? Even if it was a mistake (which it most probably isn't), it would be easy to fix, seeing they have so much Party Quest experience.

Gee, I wish I could put as much effort and thinking into my schoolwork...
Wolf Spiders ARE NOT GOOD EXP. They suck horribly. They take longer to kill than Vikings, are less mobby, the layout of the map is terrible, and you cannot avoid getting hit by them, as you can with Vikings.

Bosses give exp, sure, but the amount of exp earned is negligible for the amount of time spent fighting it. A level 90 gets experience at orange mushrooms, but is it worth the time spent?

Boomers were NOT a glitch, they just did not forsee how they would be used. There is no testing server for gMS. Smuggling from PQs IS a glitch; there are many glitches in the game they could easily fix, that they still haven't (such as the /partyinvite command, which became broken a few patches ago).
G: levelled Big Grin
G: I can wear that armour i've always wanted
G: I can consistently hit over 1k on fire weak monsters now
G: 3 prizes from GQ today while only doing 2 runs. Toungue
If a glitch comes out, Nexon knows how to fix it but they choose not to fix it and let it stay there, it becomes intentional.

You really have a flawed idea of "intent." I don't even know how to address this. Question
You don't know whether or not Nexon knows how to fix it.

Also, this is a gloat/cry thread.
How many Party Quest Stages have they done in which only the leader can clear the stage? All the ones I've done require the leader to clear the stage, which is Kerning, Ludibrium and Orbis (apart from Storage). Not sure about Amoria and Sharenian guild, but they definitely have the experience from all those stages to know how to fix it. And if they don't, I have no idea how they knew the way to make the other Party Quests clearable by leader only.

EDIT: So they do know how to fix it but choose not to. That means they INTEND it to be there. If they intend it to be there, it's goddamn intentional.

EDIT by GIR: Warned for continued off-topic posts.

EDIT: I can't post this in the "Glitch Debates" thread because it's locked. And if you "mods" like to follow the rules and be on topic, why're you posting here? Don't say that you're replying to my posts because this post is replying to yours. So don't warn me for posting off-topic posts when you're doing it.
