It's not even listed in the IDB yet, I assume it's a weapon though I haven't seen it in the Hidden Tower yet to check it out myself. Anyone know if it's been released yet despite it's coming out in the news for Fyora Day? The reject faerie queen doll also isn't in there yet.

I'm pretty sure the dust isn't in there because it hasn't actually entered the tower yet... And the doll isn't a BD item. http://images.neopets.com/items/toy_reje...endoll.gif It has "toy" not "bd" in it's URL.

Yeah, we're waiting for it to appear, as well as some innocent speculation..
