For starters, definitly get the 35 defence boost. Then, consider training up to to the 55 boosts.
Both the
Jittery Jupple Potion and the
Steaming Skeem Potion are great weapons. If I was you, I would have both. One for your set, and one for your SDB. You can switch them around, depending on what the intellegence of your opponent is.

If you did fight an opponent that did not reach the requirements at all, then use the SSP, because it will get more across than the JJP will.
Your healer should be for at this stage, the
Blue Scorchstone. Once you have done a little training, then you would be best to upgrade to the
Greater Healing Scroll because this heals 50, compared to the SS's 30. With training, you will quickly outgrow the SS.
For your main attacking weapons, I suggest that you go for either one of the JPP and SSP {like I mentioned above) along with a 10 iconer, you can choose out of the
Ramtors Spellbook and the
Scuzzys Comb depending on how much you are willing to spend. Some people say that the RSB is better than the SC, though once you have weighed up the advantages and disadvantages of both, I really see little difference, and the fact that the SC is the cheaper option possibly makes it the most cost effective. What it comes down to it, it is light vs physical, and both are very esaily blocked anyway.
For a third weapon, go for the
Golden Compass. This offers dark defence, along with 9 very good icons, and it is a weapon that is basically impossible to fully block at this battle level, making it a very good weapons choice.
With your budget, there is room for a
Honey Potion. This is a great bomb, does at least 13 icons once per battle, and is pretty much mono coloured, meaning that even if you can't use it after freeze, it will never be fully blocked at this level.
For defence, get a
Downsize!. Great weapon, at EVERY battle level. Along with a
Patched Magic Hat. Some people will say that the
Lead Shield is better, but the weapons commonly used in 2 player are blocked by the PMH better anyway.
For your final slot, get a
Snowglobe Staff, or a
Black Frost Cannon if that will fit within your budget. Unfortunatly, freezers that are not 100% have limited use in 2 player battling because they aren't reliable.
Put it in your first slot, so that if you are attacked by a sticky hand, all your opponent gets is a semi reliable freezer.
Also, you need to consider getting the burrow ability, if you havn't already. This will cost you 4 bottled earth faeries. Sink is probably beyond your level at this stage, but once you reach level 30, then get some bottled dark faeries, and get the sink ability. The dark ability before it, drain life, will also be of benefit to you.
