Is it me, or have Scroll of Freezings been lasting longer than they used to? Possibly less fragile or even once per battle. Any input?
They are not once per battle. You just got lucky. I've broken two so far.
I haven't seen any signs of TNT changing any information about the
Scroll of Freezing yet, but as Mathbits said, you probably just got lucky. Normally, I break mine the first time I use it. Guess I don't have much luck with freezers.
I broke mine the first & only time I tried it... That speaks for itself.. =x
That turned me off from those for quite some time..
I am also curious if anyone has broken one recently. If noone has ill try one out latter tonight, I was always curious as to why a breakable r99 was buyable in the first place, did it get tarlaed?

Scroll of freezing never got tarla'd.
I DID win one from the WoK once, though.
It's buyable because you can get it from the WoK, and nobody's gonna pay a UB price for a breakable weapon and actually plan on USING it... 100% freeze or not, even at the current price, I'd just restart a couple battles with a percentage freezer rather than risk losing that much to breakage... Useless/ bad/ breakable/ single use weapons tend not to fetch a high price unless there is another factor leading to increased demand... Like it fitting popular gallery catgories or being an avie item. *cough*

terror stone is an alternative to scroll of freezing... bout 5k cheaper; it restocks so the price is pretty steady.

HK4 used to be readily Available, and I personally thought it made battles much more interesting. I could see them returning having an affordable 100% freezer again.
Besides it is r99, so its not going to destroy the market, it will more likley just inflate to 4-5 mil and HK4 drops a mil or 2. (speculated prices based on non war inflated weapon prices, since im not sure how what some of these are going for now)
i bought one and used it. broke after 8 uses today
