if it breaks, will you be able to use it in another battle again? or is it gone forever?
It is gone forever once it breaks, which explains why it is worth so much less than something like
H4000 Helmet that will never permanently break, but freezing 100% of the time.
According to the IDB, a
Scroll of Freezing has a 20% chance of breaking each time you use it.
I used a scroll of freezing about 30 times before it broke and disappeared forever. I bought a new one and it broke and disappeared the very first time I used it and they are quite expensive now!
I am just saving up for a H4000 instead, if you have to buy a lot of them, the cost really adds up. If you are really close to or can afford a H4K, then go buy it.
