Everyone from A-D had their scores updated, apparently, and the rest of the alphabet didn't. It's probably the same as last time, where the scores actually counted for the overall team win but just not personal ranks. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

While remaining members of their original teams, members of eliminated teams will be permitted to sign up as supporters for one of the 4 finalists in the Altador Cup.

Hmm... A cop-out, anyone? Not that I'm complaining, mind (though had I known this was coming I'd have gone all-out for the All-Star Rank which I gave up as impossible in the days I thought I had left). But still... meh. My trophy had better reflect my allegiance to Team Maraqua...

My scores got an "update" as of this morning, but still aren't close to being correct. I suspect its due to nothing being credited from Saturday's play (I'm NOT an A-D), but I hope that the latest update doesn't mean that they're "forgetting" about those games that were played and should be credited. Personally I'm enough sick of Yooyuball at this point that I don't much care about "supporting" any of the four remaning teams, as the idea of NOT playing seems just as attractive.
Well, the final round of this stage is completed, with the following scores:

So I suppose the four finalists are Roo Island, Darigan Citadel, Shenkuu and Krawk Island.
The four finalists will be the teams with the highest "Total Scores" according to the rules, not necessarily the teams with the best win-loss record. This has been my biggest gripe throughout this entire process: never once have the actual Total Scores been shown. Do Total wins automatically mean highest score? No: they mean higher scores on a particular day against a particular team. I would not be surprised at all if the actual results announced turn out to be completely different than what many people think they will be.
Actually I think that the more wins you have = more points you get. The scores for each game is weighted differently, with Yooyuball scoring more points. That means that the more victories for Yooyuball a team gets, the higher the score for that team. That is probably the reason why TNT never told us the total scores.
Perhaps, but TNT has gone out of its way (as usual) to give site users "The Mushroom Approach" by keeping them totally in the dark about what they're doing as far as scoring. Given the earlier glitches in whatever the scoring system is/was/may have been, and the additional ones from this weekend where apparently players of certain names had their scores tabulated, it's open to question if TNT has a handle on what actually happened, has the ability and data to accurately tabulate the scores, and has a fair and rational system for scoring if they do. A murky, non-transparent process further hindered by glitches in reporting and tabulating won't inspire much confidence in whatever we're told happened. Personally I think a whole lot more transparancy on virtually ALL of TNT's projects and plots is needed. Tabulations (at least for me) still are not complete or accurate. It's not that I expect my team to win anything (they're middle of the pack), it's that the whole process has been shrouded in unneeded and distracting mystery. Do we even know if all of our matches were actually tabulated and registered?
Amidst all the excitment over Plot Prizes, the finalists were announced, and in fact turn out to not be a surprise.

Not that more explanation of how the scoring was done would not be welcome.....
Actually I think we should play it so the first plays the fourth while the second plays the third, and not like the current one.
Meh, Lost Desert didn't make it in... too bad. Now I only have access to a computer at the library and it can't play yooyuball for some reason. I guess I'm done, I only made it to rank 8. Oh well, at least I'll get a trophy.
wow, so we missed all of yesterday to play matches, that kinda sucks... oh well...

GO ROO ISLAND!
