im not going to train till the plot ends so ill need a better set to beat the next opponent

my set now is:
snowglobe staff
downsize
blue scorchstone
enchanted wooden bow
enchanted wooden bow
purble sticky hand (i tke it off at war opponents and use ornate fighting fans)
have about 250k to spend
Well, right now, at the boost you're at, you're only going to deal half the damage the number of icons you deal. If you use two Ornate Fighting Fans, and fierce attack, you're only going to get 18 damage across. The important thing is to TRAIN. Otherwise, we can't help you much, except wish you good luck.
Well, if you're not gonna train until the plot ends, you shouldn't buy weapons until the plot ends, as good weapons are inflated right now, too. Codestones/ Dubloons aren't the only things that inflate!
If you want to back some more damage, the best thing you could do for your money would be to train your strength 2 more points to the 20 boost, although beware that if you go over 20 strength, you'll be in the next training bracket if you use the academy.
2 more strength points will increase your damage dealt by 25%
to deal 25% more damage by upgrading your weapons you would need to buy at least dual 9 iconers, such as
Ice Club, and also upgrade your 15 icon Ornate fighting Fan to an 18.75 icon bomb. Since there are no single use items above 15 icons, you'd have to upgrade to
Rainbow Clockwork Grundo -- even that doesn't average 18.75.
So if you can get one result by spending 20k or a slightly inferior result by spending 3 million neopoints, what's the better deal?

is it possible that i do same damage with the ornate fighting fans than with the bows?
and i know that icons and damge is diffrent things
