I think you should go with Scuzzys Comb over Ramtors Spellbook because golden compass is the most common weapon in 2p atm, and your dark icons from the spellbook will be easily blocked. Even though Ramtors Spellbook is very well-suited for killing burrow, your opponent will likely be using golden compass every turn regardless.
On a side note, in addition to the Wand of the Moon, your scarab ring, illusens earth potion, and possibly golden compass are not useful either because you have not trained defense. I suggest replacing those with offensive weapons such as essence of esophagor. For defense, a full blocker like winged scarab may be more useful than the variable defense you get from a weapon like the scarab ring. Lastly and most importantly, the upgrade that would probably make the greatest difference to your set would be upgrading your greater healing scroll to a species healer such as kacheek life potion or gelert healing remedy. The problem with this, however, is that your lab pet may change species, but using a species healer would be at least a 50 HP improvement over the scroll with your high HP.
*Edit* I forgot to mention that leaf shield is not effective in your set as well.
