Six people are dead and they were pretty much all citizens. It sucks, however on the other hand; it is a lot better than losing a bunch of important innocents.

Or in a way, making sure all that's left is important innocents
No one wants to be a plain innocent and yet it's one of the most important roles in a game. (if the game is big)

Bunny gets a call in his high rise condeminum sweet, the owner isn't around right now so why not treat yourself to something nice, from New York's mayor. "A body was just brought in from the morgue. Can you come take a look." asks the Mayor. Bunny hangs up the phone without answering, and takes a casual strole down to the city morgue. Laying on a gurny is the recently killed body of forte. The body looks...dented, like it was smashed in multiple times. Some sand seems to be caught in the creases of his shirt. Lots of sand.
