My BD pet was just zapped to baby by Boochi. At the moment it doesn't matter so much as he/she is visiting the Labray daily so changes are inevitable though a baby Kau is up there on the 'UGH!' scale. (The Labray changing him to a red Kau the previous day).
It would sure be annoying to have a special pet zapped back to baby. Is this only a once only event to get Boochi as a challenger?
as far as i know, you get boochi as a challenger when he zaps your pet. it isnt random. it is also the only event that gives you boochi as a challenger
I believe you can be zapped more than once
I have heard "anecdotally" that people have been zapped more than once; which is why I now always keep my unpainted pet as active pretty much all the time. My paranoia is only reinforced by the fact that I have received multiple visits from "a certain newling mutant kad", and that said event is not one-time only.
I got tagged by Boochi when my account was just a few days old, in fact. I was furious because I did not have enough points to even THINK about a paintbrush at that time. The look grew on me until I was almost sad when I finally painted him. Now he is Darigan and has the occasional attitude.

I've never been zapped by Boochi yet. But I don't need it to, cuz my pets are fine the way they are, but I would sure love another BD challenger.
Is this a glitch? I found teh Mummy twice.
if I was intending to spend lots of money to paint a pet, I'd make sure it was of a species that didn't have a baby colour
