Well first off you need a freezer. Since you're using a Kacheek, species freezers are out, thus
h4000 Helmet is probably your best bet. That's going to run you 6 mil or so out of your 20 mil
Next, you should think real hard about whether
Ghostkerbomb is worth it to you. It's an awesome weapon that will speed up the early 1p wins a lot, but if you're going for high-score tables, NCW 1p tourneys or other 1p battling where you'll want to rack up as many wins as possible, you might be better off getting weapons which aren't once per battle on your budget.
If you get the ghostkerbomb, you'll only have about 6 mil left, which won't let you get everything else I'm going to suggest.
Since your defense is still significantly behind your Strength, you're better off with type-blockers than any of the big defensive weapons, so get a
Downsize and also consider:
Ring of the Lost
Yooyuball Player Sling or its much cheaper cousin
Winged Scarab
As defensive options.
Then you'll want to do better than Stone Club for your offensive multiuse weapons.
The current price breakpoint weapons seem to be:
Scuzzys Comb Cheapest 10 iconer
Sword of Apocalypse Cheapest 11 iconer
Bow of Destiny Cheapest 13 iconer, cheaper than 12 iconers.
So mix and match two of those to get most total icons you can with the NP you have left over. If you are fighting 1p opponents until they get to very high boosts, then
Prickly Potion will come in handy, but that usually won't be as good as Scuzzys for you until the opponent is over 500 hit points.
Finally get a
Purple Sticky Hand, (or if you plan to increase movement, a
Heavy Robe of Thievery) as stealing can be very strong against many of the 1p opponents -- but useless against others, remember to check the 1p profile before equipping it.
So to summarize, here's what I suggest:
H4000 Helmet
Kacheek Life Potion
Honey Potion (or Ghostkerbomb)
Downsize! (and/or Ring of the Lost
Winged Scarab (or Yooyu Player Sling)
Scuzzys Comb (or SoA or BoD or Prickly Potion)
Scuzzys Comb (or SoA or BoD or Prickly Potion)
(or Purple Sticky Hand)
