we can equip 2 scroll potion?

I assume you mean the Scroll Potion. This weapon is not much of a weapon, as much as it is a trick and a mean one. I don't condone the use of it, however it does not say it has any restrictions.

Yes, you can equip more than one scroll potion at once.

For future reference, this would probably belong in the "Weapon Advice and Comparisons" forum.

Then you also can equip 8 at once , imagine how evil it is ... (99.9999% people won't be able to do so)

I've always ben fond of making yourself an avatar battle pet, the jetzam or a tonu, and using the potion.
you just make yourself known to have one, to be willing to do the fight, and that you will use it

Pure evil = good! I need a Scroll Potion for my SDB.
Now that I think about it, I need 8. And an avatar BD pet.
