The Xantan weapons are all nearly unique... not sure if it's really one of it's kind but that's highly possible

I know the Xantan Plushie of Death was last seen in mcar777's shop priced at 100,000NP before tnt removed all shop items above 99,999np

The game prizes are generally the rarest as they aren't given out again, see the list of neopets v2 prizes as well as the battle scarabs I dont know which plot gave that out.

There's also, of course, Meridell I war prizes, some which are one-of-a-kind, like Castle Defenders Shield, Castle Defenders Sword, and Lord Darigans Blade

There's also the Tri-scimitar which hasn't been seen for years

The Golden Bringer Plushie was iced a bit ago. Lord Kass Amulet is another.
