These are my two sketches for upcoming AG days... I'm not sure if I'm really happy with them (they're not pets I like to draw at all =/).. But anywho..

I don't see whats wrong with them. the only thing I can see is the mouth of the first pet. its a little off and makes it look a little disfigured but its nothing that can't be fixed.

Try redrawing the face of the Koi and the hand of the yurble... try holding a spear and see your hand position =P
Ooh I did try that but just realized that I drew the hand backwards... LOL

These look pretty fun, though fixing the backwards hand might be a nice idea...and hm, the yurble's face could be a bit.. fuller? Though have you made any progress on these or your older works in progress? I'd love to see that
