Hm... Maybe because you were indeed cheating? None of us can be sure, and you cannot give us enough proof you weren't. And I doubt TNT would release their evidence. Right now, you can do one of three things:
1. Send TNT an email trying to convince them you weren't cheating
2. Start playing Neopets on another account
3. Quit Neopets

GL though. I got frozen for falling for a scam (which I didn't), and it's been over 4 months (and still no word).
Put simply, you're screwed unless you have an inside connection with TNT.
There is an argument you might be able to make: when my account got frozen for supposedly "cheating" at Volcano Run four and a half years ago, they had saved the specific date/score I'd gotten (as well as the time spent in that game, but userside that doesn't mean much). If you've gotten a higher score than the one they've claimed you cheated for, it might be enough to convince them to unfreeze you. (Mind, I didn't think of the argument at the time my original account was frozen, but it's one I realized over the years.)
I got frozen for "cheating" at Volcano Run, too, around that same time! I gather there was some kind of major glitch that made it look like many good VRun players were cheating. I didn't have any staff connections at the time, but I got unfrozen after (I think) three months and a few letters back and forth with a staffer. Just write in and be reasonable -- stress that you're a longtime player with no desire to cheat, and say you're someone who wouldn't risk his account by doing something as stupid as cheating (if you've never gotten so much as a warning before, mention that, too). It takes time and effort, but they do sometimes unfreeze innocent, rational players.
From what i remember masticore, you got a 1299 (or a little less) in roodoku which is considered impossible. I mean it's far from possible that one can finish a hard puzzle in under 10 seconds with all those clicking and thinking.
But if you really did abuse a glitch, then I feel sorry for you because you're not supposed to do it

And you're not alone in the freezing. 5 others at the top 20 collectors were frozen as well.
Actually, I don't see why an insanely fast score in Roodoku would be considered impossible. You know how many Sudoku-solving programs must exist? It'd be the same as opening up an anagram-solver to help you play Word Poker or Castle of Eliv Thade. Couple that with some practice clicking on the right spot of each square, and you've got a lovely high score.

The reason that a 1299 score would be considered impossible is you'd have to fill over 40 squares in a second. It's possible there was some sort of glitch with the scores, though.
There was some sort of Rooduku glitch where people were solving the puzzle in one second -- all of them were iced. You didn't get a too-high score thanks to a glitch, did you?

i so totally agree with that. it's more common to find people telling us about how they are repeatedly ignored by TNT to unfreeze their accounts. And cheating in games is dumb dont you think? Especially when i've so much at stake? Its like psxfaq abusing a bug to one hit KO punchbag bob... Totally unnecessary... I'll get in contact with the others iced and find out what they did before TNT wielded the axe... Gosh i dont care about the throphies, it's the BD i really go AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
All I can say is that I feel for the lost of your account. All those times spent and all those stuff earned...
