Err, I'm not too sure on Deluxe PB sets, but if it's even worth mentioning...
My halloween lupe, when customizing it, allows for the removal of its pants (
), but the item description of whatever says "Deluxe Paint Brush set."
So that probably means that those will have more customizability or something.
Maybe they'll have some option for what you want to display on the home page or something...not actually sure. I'm going to have a horrible time finding stuff for a while...

- more bandwith usage as was previously mentionned
- search bar/clock at hard-to-reach places
- using 'stealth' is now useless
- premium users used to be the only ones who could know how long ago their NFs were on, some of them might feel cheated now that this is free
- malling is not obsolete, but definetely slower
- user lookups/gallery designs, etc all went down the drain, and I have a friend thinking of quitting becasue of this
- some browsers don't support the new menus (I have someone in my guild that complained about that); I guess they will fix it, but when?
- the whole thing, as mentionned, looks cluttered and the layout is much wider; why even have those grey sidebars? 0_o
probably other things I'm missing, but yeah, not only the site's graphics

It's the main thing I've seen people quitting over so far. Bandwidth is a serious issue, but a solvable one if TNT would actually go and update their team on standards compliance and general competence when it comes to layout. (Surprisingly, there are less errors on the Neo homepage than on the old one, but as a friend pointed out, it was probably by accident. Most of them are amateur mistakes.)
The search bar is fine at the bottom (after taking five minutes looking to see that it's there). I won't disagree about the clock.
TNT is almost guaranteed to fix Stealth. Premium users still have the SSW, which gives them an insane advantage over normal players.
I'm still crossing my fingers that malling doesn't get shafted because of this. If it does, Neopia's economy will officially take it up the... well, use your imagination. The majority of the mallers were originally restockers, and if they have to return to that medium to earn cash, restocking will have twice if not three times its current competition.
Userlookups and galleries were going to be hit. It's not the end of the world: it's just a matter of either recoding by hand or waiting for pre-made lookups to be updated. If I really cared to help out with that, it would take me maybe an hour to make a shoddy (but effective) lookup (I'm poor at CSS).
Which browsers? The Mac version of Firefox currently isn't loading Customise, and is having a handful of slight glitchiness on the site as a whole. I haven't heard anything about any other browsers having difficulty yet. Odds are people just have Javascript turned off if the menus aren't working.
I'm not going to disagree about the clutter or the width, beyond the fact that I tended to avoid most of the now-cluttered pages anyway. I like the gray sidebar, as it's something I've seen (in a different form) on certain forums (where it shows your avatar and a few other things at the top along with your username and that you're logged in and such). It just seems a tad empty on certain pages, and I really don't think it would hurt anything to move the clock onto it.

I forgot which browser it was, but I know the person is using a Mac. Apparently, they see the menus, but they pop up on the side (instead of down) and it's impossible to move fast enough to be able to click them
I think there's plenty of space on the side to fit in the clock and the search bar
and also, the neomails received (events) is a lot smaller, (harder to see for me
)
The page definitely loads a little more slower but strange enough, I actually got some good RS, and I can imagine how annoying it is for a page to load for 30-40s, I used to use 56k dial up..
Lol, once I got online and saw this new layout, I seriously thought about quitting on the spot.
The lag itself was enough to make me quit. I have dial up, and it's ridiculous having to wait almost a minute for pages to load sometimes. But after a couple hours of wandering around the site, I'm actually getting used to the new layout. The lag seems to have died down a bit for me, maybe cause it's late and there's less people on, but yeah, hopefully TNT does something to make an option to revert back to the old layout, or at least a quicker version of the site for dial up users. It is also annoying how my lookup is totally messed up now, but I'll survive I suppose.
Also, some people have mentioned malling becoming "obsolete." Why? o.o I think I'm missing something, lol. I have noticed a drop in sales today... :S
