Someone posted up a few different languages. I am not taking credit for this nor am I vouching for accuracy, I'm just passing a message along.
Dutch: THE MEEPITS KNOW WHAT IS COMING... DO YOU?

And a Meepit army would be just plain awesome as I can't stand the things haha. But as everyone else said...doubtful.
I'm just throwing this out there, maybe it's sloth, because like in life the animals are always first to know. Just an idea. But I'm not expecting a plot soon if the Altador Cup is starting in June.
I will be hoping for a battle with the meepits!

umm... You do know what a meepit is, right? Evil little petpets with spooky eyes seeking neopian Domination?
If it's a plot, it's about the meepits, not sloth... alothough I doubt it's anything big, honnestly, though.
Edit: I forgot to mention: Except for a chance for the annoying codestone inflators to make a profit. *pokes TNT to release another word scrable*
If the Portuguese really is making a reference to a "he" (whereas the other languages don't) then Sloth might make sense. It's been a long time since he got the spotlight, and there's no evidence that the Meepits don't secretly work for him.

I believe it says "he" in most of the foreign langues. The "he" could refer to the meepit, though.
I find Sloth ever returning to the spotlight sorta unlikely, though: Quite simply put, TNT has switched thier target auidience from the SciFi Geeks/ Nerds (I use both of those terms positively all the time, incuding right now, btw), to a more "mainstream" audience (Think: They cancelled the Return of Dr Sloth in favor of HatIC, basically because Hannah makes better plushies).
While I would find a sloth-event cool, a meepit event would be just as cool, and more likely. I doublt this will be I full scale plot/ war, though, as there's just over a month until the Altador Cup (accedentally put "coupp" at first, *luagh*) returns. I like your idea about the meepits working for sloth, though!
