caustic potion is overhealer
Rod of Supernova and Rod of Dark Nova are overhealers. I haven't used Rod of Nova, but I'd assume it's the same as the other two.
I do say that this would be a great idea. It can help clear up confusion on heals that way. Though it may not matter for some weapons like I-Staff, WotDF, or CBT.
Ice SS is same as Jade, it simply heals back all lost HP, so I'm pretty sure that makes it underheal. Although at the moment it's 5 AM and I may be getting the categories mixed up.
all full healers are underheal, aren't they since they would otherwise be better than T-tear, blocking all and healing to full.
This won't be implemented onto IDB anymore. If you want to make your own list, be my guess.

Bracelet Of Kings underheals.
Healing Potion V was ommitted from the Healing Potions List under the BD information. Do anyone know why?
