Hey I lent this guy some NP (2.2 mil - all I had at the time) He told me he;d pay me back, he seemed pretty nice and active, I didn't know he was a scammer or anything though because he never asked for money, I offered it to him, he may be on a hiatus or just ignoring me what should I do? Report him? Wait? (have been waiting since last year...) Forget about it? Learn from my mistake?

Ugh... it may be to late to report, if it's been that long. NEVER lend without collatoral. If he didn't give it back to you, or at least contact you, and he's been online in that time he's a scammer... even if he hasn't he could have transfered it to another account. I repeat, never, never, never, never, never NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER!!!!! Lend without full collatarol.
