Yup, your stats are definetly WAAAAAAYYYYYYY too low for your weapons. Train up to the 125 boosts and get yourself all the good abilities (Burrow, Sink, Regeneration, Drain Life.... Maybe another healing one and quench and steam shield for situational uses)
Ok, so um, I just thought of something... you might not want to train. Lol
If you don't, I'd definetly get a Everlasting Crystal Apple. I'm not sure on the price exactly, but I think they are 3.9 mil. That leaves you with 2.6 mil. Basically, I don't know what to recommend after that. You should probably have a black frost cannon, as the ECA will prolong your battles immensely. Downsize! is an option, though I really think you will be more like a tank with the ECA. You might want to try a Sophies Magic Hat (I do believe that is it's correct name) as a nice shield incase you wanna skip the ECA a move for some reason... 0.o

only train, capishe...? if you want, you can buy an H4K helm and a BSS, or, like dead_water said ECA and BFC
Okay, well apart from training, you want a set. The best thing you could do is get a FULL set for the least amount of neopoints and then use the rest to train to 55/85 boosts (where WoR and BoD are more frequent). I'd say get a 100% freezer, but that would leave you with nothing to train... a 100% freezer is your first choice if you can save up more np. I think you should downgrade the WoR and get a 100% freezer.
Set:
-Leaf Shield (or Patched Magic Hat, depending on your preferences)
For when you need to extend battle
-Downsize!
For when your expecting your opponent to use a bomb (HP?) out of freezing, or trying to prolong battle or use freezer
-H4000 Helmet
100% freeze. Get your opponent down where you could one-shot kill them with fierce and freeze them, or freeze on first turn
-Golden Compass
Best 9 Iconer there is (can't be fully blocked by one shield/dual duty, IS a dual duty)
-Jittery Jipple Potion
My new favourite, 10 icons in 2-p if they have above "average" intelligence or more
-Essence of Esophagor
Your heavy on air (not a bad thing) but this is for when your opponent is blocking it (or JJP is doing 6 icons)
-Blue Scorchstone
Use it until you have more than 60 hp, then get Greater Healing Scroll
-Honey Potion
Already have it, and its awesome for when opponent is frozen or has (*edit spell) burrowed already
All extra money goes into training. This should be a couple of mil plus whatever you earn. You'll be much more competitive in guild wars if you have that 100% freezer than if you ONLY trained, but its your choice. Train dubloons until codestones become cheaper.
