Pirate Petpet paint brush (r101), Fire Petpet paint brush (r101), Pink Ona (r101), One Hundred Dubloon coin (r101), and Secret Laboratory Map (r99) have all been Tarla'd. If she picks a random item in a certain rarity range, all the items I named, which are r101s, are potential targets for Tarla. Which is Why I believe it isn't ENTIRELY random... But it certianly isn't ENTIRELY random...
Is there a list of everything that's been Tarla'd? As well as a full description of the event? To my knowledge, there's a list of three(?) items each day (or is it four), and each "link" that gets sent out gives a specific one of those items.
Quite simply, whether three or four, that's too many items for TNT to manually be programming in each day. There's also no feasible list that could have been fed to Tarla, unless all of those r101's are given by Random Events (which I don't think they are).
On the other hand, I'm not opposed to the H4KH being Tarla'd, as the economy would benefit from those. (On the other hand, the BDers would start a riot.)

Has most of the tarla prizes listed... I'm pretty sure there are some on there which weren't actually Tarla'd though, like the Starry Paint Brush... All of the r99/ r101 prizes I listed I have personally collected, though, so I know they actually got given out.
As for how Tarla works... Let me try to explain this in the simplest way possible She usually comes about 3 or 4 times a day. For the first couple of minutes after she comes, She awards the "main prize" for the day, which is the same for everyone. After that, though, The link (usually) Changes, and "dropped" she "drops a couple things on the way out" prizes are available. These are randomly selected (it can be different for different people) from the items she is currently dropping... a "dropped" prize usually stays on the list of items she's dropping for several days. You can collect one prizer per day, weather it's the "main" prize or a dropped prize. Does that make sense?
