You may have noticed a PM limit appear on your account. 100 has been the limit for regular users for awhile now, and if you didn't see it before, it was an error. Sorry!
Edit: The limit is 400 now.

Delete some PM's. Don't forget your "sent items" and other folders other than your inbox that might have PM's in them.
Oh, okay.
I was wondering why I had 155% of my space used, and my inbox was empty.
All clear now =D
