I've been flitting from game to game recently, with varying degrees of success I may add, so I can't say. VRII seems to no longer be a consideration for the Tyrannia WC options... I haven't been able to compete in my usual WCs of late, VRII absent and FCR lagging, else I'd be able to give you a definitive answer as those two tend to attract the same players around the time I play.
Volcano Run II is still in rotation, but it shows up a LOT less often. It was off for a week, around for two days, and then has been off again for four+ now. I've asked about it (whether it's broken or it's just not cutting it, popularity-wise), but I haven't gotten a response.

I just got back to faerie bubbles recently and it's just as easy as before for me, after 8 months or so of not playing.

I saw one guy sending the EXACT SAME score numerous time for FB, and it was a fairly high score, like 2330. This is just impossible, I reported it and he got frozen. Then he came back with a similar-named account...

I find the easiest way to 'beat them' is just to send a really high score Toungue
like 2499 in faerie bubbles is the maximum (just below the review limit)
so I just play 1 game, send a score high enough to be top 3 for the hour, then go do something else

usually that works well enough Toungue
I find it depends on the time of day. Faerie Bubbles and Destruct-O-Match (which I play on all the days Volcano Run II isn't a WC game -- about 12 out of every 14, heh) seem harder sometimes early in the morning, and easier towards the end of the Neo day. It varies, though.

Haha, no kidding. Toungue That's what I do with Volcano Run, and sometimes the other two games when I'm on a roll. It would be nice if I could score just under the review limit every single time, but it's not always that easy, heh. Faerie Bubbles likes to turn all my bubbles green or dark way too often. Wink
For faerie bubbles, the *starting level* determines the following levels
so if you can find a good starting level, it should, often, give you the exact same 'good' levels after (the only thing that changes is the bubbles you get), so it's easy getting high scores if you know this
Oh, I know that; I always start with a specific level, and I have a gold trophy and all that. It's just that the color all your bubbles change when you use the code in level 15 seems quite random, and it likes to give me green or purple too often, so I can't get that one-shot win/extra 250 points.

not sure if you're willing to publicly reveal this specific start levelToungue but if you could PM it to me/post it, that'd be nice.

I gave up on WC after they split worlds into 5 games, cuz the one game I excel at got cut.Sad
also the maps are deflating and it's quite time consuming. So yup, I doubt I'm going back into world challenge business for a while.

When Volcano Run stopped being a regular WC game, and some unexplainable lag prevented me from getting decent scores in Faerie Cloud Racers (which I wasn't all that fantastic at before. Is it really possible to hit over 8000?! Heck, over 4000?!), I was prepared to quit depending on WCs as a source of income. But then I went poking around out of boredom and found that I could nail pieces in Ice Cream Machine somewhat regularly. My point being that there's probably at least one relatively regular WC game out there that you're likely to do decently at.

That the pieces have been deflating has been a source of irritation for me though. I've turned to converting the sets instead of selling them like I did before.
