Such as Heavy Blue Tunic, Heavy Robe of Thievery and the Crisp Blue Tunic. Are there any other weapons like these? Cos I think they're pretty cool and I think I'll end up getting some of them down the line, and I want to make sure my stats are kept in line with this aim. Thanks for any info

I'm pretty sure those are it, or at least all we're aware of.

also, assuming the change was just a temporary glitch and not a permanent change, Cape of the Sun Requires INT 11 or higher. . But that doesn't really count.

I had a flash of inspiration and searched all the brightvale armour in IDB and I found that:
Elegant Jewelled Robe
Tunic of Warding
Short Sleeved Yellow Tunic
White Linen Tunic
All require speed/intelligence to work fully, but essentially all are useless for their price.
And that:
Ornate Regal Robes
Warriors Cloak of Wit
Purple Hooded Robe
Ornate Fur Trimmed Robe
Tribal Desert Garb
Master Wizards Cape
Aren't actually listed as needing special stats, but have descriptions that hint towards them having something a bit more... I'm sure I'm contributing to something somewhere with my curiosity
