You should be able to beat Mootix Warrior now, actually, if you use Shovel Plus and Turbo Flame Reflector. This strategy should work:
Round 1: Freezer+Shovel Plus+Burrow (withdraw and heal if you don't get the freeze)
Round 2: Honey Potion+Ornate Fighting Fan+berserk (that does at least 189 damage right there)
Round 3: Shovel Plus+Turbo Flame Reflector+Sink
Round 4: Golden Compass+Thick Smoke Bomb+berserk
He should be dead by (or before) then, but if not, you still have the Downsize! for defence. Try it out. I never bother stealing the ice dice because often they don't work, anyway, and he can only use one other weapon with them, hurting you less.
As for your weapons, you've hit that plateau where you already have the best 9-iconers (for 1-player, anyway), and the next decent jump in power is more than you can afford. A 10-iconer like
Scuzzys Comb could be an okay buy, but it's really not going to help you do much extra damage. I don't recommend the 11-icon blasters, especially now that they've risen so much in price. The next good upgrade is to the 13-icon
Wand of Reality or
Bow of Destiny, and those are around 3.5 mil each. Another weapon you could consider is
Ring of the Lost, which is great against the 1-player opponents who deal dark icons, because no matter how high their strength boosts get, you will block all their dark while still dealing a decent amount of icons. In terms of pure attack power, though, it's not much of an upgrade, and a WoR/BoD would be better first.
Your major issues are with the healer and freezer, though. At 200 HP, the 50 HP heal from the greater healing scroll isn't all that, um, great.

I assume you don't want to change the grey wocky, so the
Bag of Healing Dust is the cheapest alternative (sadly). A good healer helps more than you can imagine, though -- it's worth the NPs. As far as freezers go, if you don't mind withdrawing/healing, the staff is fine, but that could get very annoying in a war, and if you ever want to get into 2-player battling, it's pretty useless.
Rainbow Frost Cannon and
Black Frost Cannon are better, but of course nothing beats the 100% freeze from the
H4000 Helmet (or
Freezing Potion, which is now very close in price). That's most likely more NP than you meant when you said you could save up, though.
I guess the thing is, when you get to this stage, you have to decide whether you want to be a serious battler, or just a casual one. If it's the former, it's time to wave goodbye to your NPs, because they're all going to increasingly expensive training, 50% healers, 100% freezers, and multi-million NP weapons.
Finally, I'm definitely not the only one who gives advice around here! I very well could have missed something, so I hope others will weigh in.

Cranberry, The lab ray turned me grey. Actually I am now halloween. Is there a better healer than the bag of Healing dust?
