My budget is around 100k, I'm earning 20-30k a day depending if I rs or not.
I do 1 player only
I train my pet at the Swashbuckling Academy at Krawk Island.
1. Train your defense to match your strength to make use of the dual duties and shields.
2. Use
Snowglobe Staff for freezing. Try to save up for
Black Frost Cannon in mid term because it's more reliable.
3. Once you have 780k , replace
Leaf Shield by
Honey Potion to increase the effectiveness of freeze-bombing
Ok thanks I'm training defense, I also have a Ghost Pb to sell.
Assuming you want to do Two Player down the road, keep working your Defense, but its use will be very limited to you in One Player. Likewise, you'll want to focus on pure weapons rather than dual-duties, and shields will be nearly useless to you.
What Freezer are you using?
Snowglobe Staff is probably the best for your price range, with
Black Frost Cannon being the upgrade (as John pointed out).
Just keep training. If you feel like you need a third constant weapon, adding
Ice Club to your set will give you a pinch more variety. Otherwise,
Scuzzys Comb (which costs 260K) is the upgrade to the ten-iconer level.
I'm going to go buy a Snowglobe Staff soon and I'm just concerned about the downgrade of Scuzzys Comb, will it get downgraded?

Short answer: No.
Long answer: It's been two(or longer?) years since NQII was released, and none of the weapons have been downgraded. Moreover, the current area those weapons are filling in the economy is still stable and there's little that would be achieved by downgrading them (particularly the Comb and Spellbook) except creating a gap. Then again, TNT has made some odd moves in the past, but... it's a relatively safe bet that they won't downgrade any of the NQII weapons.
