I haven't spent anything yet. Got about 17mil with GC to sell and a couple ubs adding to a couple mil. But buying candychan stamp right now for about 8ish so i want to spend around 9mil on my set

Then I strongly suggest you get a 100% freezer now.  Your choices should be between H4000 Helmet and Freezing Potion.  H4000 Helmet is currently cheaper by 300K on the Trading Post.  Personally, I would rather get H4000 Helmet unless the Freezing Potion goes cheaper.  That is because you are paying 300K extra for that the Freezing Potion does, which is easy to block in 2-player.  As you have said, you will soon be entering tournaments which means you will be doing more 2-player battles.  I never really understood how the Glowing Cauldron works, but since you are selling it and not using the money for the battle set, I'll just continue with the 3.4 million you have left after buying the H4000 Helmet and selling the Black Frost Cannon.  I would now suggest selling the Golden Compass to get a Wand of Reality or Bow of Destiny.  I think I should do a bit of analysis here.

I'm not sure what type of shields will come up in the tournaments, but we can take a look at the most common ones in 2-player, then possibly some dual-duties.

Against Leaf Shield
Bow of Destiny + Hobans Hat = = 15 icons

Wand of Reality + Hobans Hat = = 18 icons

Against Patched Magic Hat
Bow of Destiny + Hobans Hat = = 12 icons

Wand of Reality + Hobans Hat = +[] = 12 icons*

Against pure shields, the Wand of Reality seems to be better.  Let's now look at the dual-duties.

Against Mask of Coltzan + Air Faerie Crown
Bow of Destiny + Hobans Hat = = 15 icons

Wand of Reality + Hobans Hat = = 16 icons

Even against dual-duties, the Wand of Reality looks more reliable.  So what I'm saying is:

Purple Sticky Hand
Downsize!
Greater Healing Scroll
Patched Magic Hat
H4000 Helmet
Honey Potion
Wand of Reality
Hobans Hat

*Note: There's a chance that won't be blocked, depending on whether the user receives air damage or not. So in other words, it could be between 12 and 15 icons.

Yes well CadaverGrey, the problem is that Guardian only wants to spend 9 million Neopoints, and the current Bag of Healing Dusts on the Trading Post aren't really within that budget...

Thank you this really helps me out and just to clarify a bit more Hobans Hat is an investment doesn't have to stay in set but not selling not sure if you knew that and if i sell my GC the 13mil will go to a couple things so i'll keep posted if i happen to sell soon or rs something and sell it cause i'll have more nps to spend.

I really need an 100% freezer i really planned on rsing one but its taking too long so if i dont rs one before i buy my stamp later tonight or tommorow i'll try to pick up a cheap H4k. I was also leaning towards a Wand of Reality.

EDIT: bought stamp and now will look for cheap h4k around 6.2 seen a couple go for that. Meanwhile trying to stock an fpot.
Also cadaver can you explain why you think i should get BoHD first?

Ah... Well, his original post says his budget it 9 million but he said it went up another 3, so I got confused about the budget. My bad.

I think even I can do that.

Your health is now at 209, and will further increase quite rapidly using the lab ray. Right now, the Greater Healing Scroll heals less than a quarter of your maximum health. With the Bag of Healing Dust, you can actually heal 104 health (not sure if it rounds up or down), or, just 50% of your maximum health. So if you continue using the lab ray, your health will increase and make the Greater Healing Scroll less useful. But if you change to Bag of Healing Dust, you will heal 50% of your maximum health anyway.

I got K-Floured for free from a friend and if i get enough collat i will try to gain lvls with Von Roo Fangs which will lessen my tarining up alot. I am currently in search of a 100% freezer but after i get one should i get a bomb constant or healer may pick up a klp and just borrow flour when the lab changes? good idea or do you suggest i try for BoHD

Why not get a few Uni Morphing Potions and a Lucky Uni Charm so whenever the lab changes your pet's specie, you can just use the Morphing Potion? They're cheap and you're funded enough.

I really don't like Uni's but I can deal with them the thing is there are no Lucky Uni Charms on tp and if i ever need to sell KLP is so much easier.
