Could someone please help me with my set. Any suggestions? Should I downgrade some weapons to upgrade others? Help would be greatly appreciated.
Your set is probably a 125 boosts set. So what I would say is use your money to train, train and train. Start off until you have out-grown the Krawk Island Swashbuckling Academy. By then, you should have 80 strength and defence and level 41. Switch then to Mystery Island Training School and train until the 125 boosts on strength and defence. Now you can train movement and read books to your pet until it can use the
Heavy Robe of Thievery. But first, you have to tell us how much money you have to spend...
I have about 500k left to spend. Should I use it all to train?

Yeah, I do use the lab occasionally. Do you recommend I continue, or will it mess up my stats? And also, do you recommend I train level first (for faster training) or just train each stat evenly?
The lab will help you with training.
Continue using the lab, as it will help you increase your strength and health. Now all you need to do is train defence and level when necessary, just to keep it within half your health. That will save you some money which you can invest on weapons.

Definitely keep it. Your set is way above the average sets for your level of battling. This set can last you a long time, depending on your speed of training.

Not sure about that statement. There are sets designed for certain BUDGETS, but a good set is ok for any boosts, cos the power of the set is determined eventually by your stats.
Because of that I partially agree that training is the way to go.
But looking at your set, you have with you two empty slots that could be filled to substantiate what you already have.
I won't worry about your defence. You are covering enough ground with your Scarab Ring and Mask of Coltzan already. But I do believe that it's great to purchase other cheap defences like Downsize!, Mystical White Cloak and Flaming Oven Gloves and have them in your SDB as back ups.
While waiting for your pets intelligence to reach the required amount, Purple Sticky Hand is a good, cheap weapon to have it stored as well, for use in 1-player situations.
Now for your two extra slots:
Amulet of Inevitable Betrayal has gotten really cheap. It is good weapon to have to strengthen your dark, water and air attack. But the reason I am recommending you this weapon is because of its light defence, which you are lacking (plenty of light weapons nowadays).
Tyrannian Lupe Tooth is also another weapon to look into. It might not be the best weapon in the world, and certainly there are other better ones out there, but in the case of your set, I feel that you are lacking earth and physical attacks, and for the price per icon ratio of this weapon, I think it is well worth considering as a back up/surprise weapon.
EDIT: Oh.. I forgot to mention that while your Blue Scorchstone does well for you now, Elephante Unguent should be your healer at the moment your health reaches 100.
