My pet stats is here, should i train him on defence or hitpoints? or just zap him..again
Species : JubJub
Colour : Darigan
Lvl : 30
Str : 50
Def : 33
Mov : 35
Hp : 43 / 43

It looks like Labbing's gotten you in trouble already by pushing you past the first training range (with your Strength at 49).
What you should train is up to you. It depends on whether you do more One Player or Two Player battling, or one of those exclusively, what you want to achieve over the long-term, how long and how much effort you're willing to put into it, etc.
If you want to keep your Defense up, you should train it. There's not really much of a reason not to keep Labbing right now, but you should boost your Level a little higher so you don't risk it being reset to 1. The last thing you want to be doing is spending forever raising your Level back up. Follow that with Defense, if you want to keep your Defense up, and follow that with HP, to bring it back up to match your HP.
It's not too late to have your pet stats balanced out. So Stop labbing for now until you got the desired balanced out stats before you proceed.
As to the question of whether or not you should train defence, it is a matter that remain debatable even till today. So, it's your choice

okay, by balancing you mean (example):
Level:30
Hp:35
strenght:49
defence:35
agility/move:35???
or the other balance?

and yes..i already stop since my jubjub has became a DARIGAN jubjub ^^..

I think it's important to train both defense and strength generally, though I think hit points will most likely take care of themselves over time. In your case though, I'd train both defense and hit points up to your strength level. I'm not sure that it pays to train agility at this point (I didn't), as there aren't enough uses in the game for it at the moment to justify the expense. And what's generally meant by "balanced pet stats" would be like 55 Strength, 55 Defense, 55 Max Hit Points. Agility doens't normally fit in that description, though if you're rich enough and want to be prepared should it ever have more widespread uses in the Battledome, you obviously CAN train it. But I'd definately train the other three, and levels only as I had to in order to use the training schools. And remember to visit Coltzan, and to try INEXPENSIVE Kitchen Quests when you can get them (there's no penalty for not doing them if the chef wants expensive items).
OKAY thank you guys! *goes to train level*
UMM...what if the lab has loses my strength points? is that good? from 49 to 46?
chances of that are way to little....

but even if your strength goes down, it won't go under 40 again, so you'll still be in the lvl 20-30/40 range of training. so it's bad for the lab to bring your str from 49 to 46, since you'll be losing 3 str
oh..that's bad...and the water faerie ALWAYS bless my uni instead of my jubjub
