T-tar seems rather broken now, though, what with physical Crunch and Taunt's upgrade...
Oh trust me, Tar isn't broken. What's worse, every Tar you run into in the Battle Tower has one of those berries that decreases the power of Fighting-type moves.

By half. The good thing is that it is only one use, so if it would normally do 2/3 damage or more, you still only need two hits.
Hey guys, I have breeded at least 15+ of each of the starters ^^. if you want any, post here, you can also request what it's nature be, as I probably have one in every nature xP. And even then, I could still get one for you ^^. And if any of you guys need a pokemon to get into the resort area "club" you can borrow a poke from me as well ^^.

I read that sandstorm gave a sp. defense bonus to rock type pokemon. I'm not sure if that was there before because I used to loathe sandstorm.
This version's Elite Four was easier than past versions in my opinion. It wasn't even a huge challenge using only 2 main pokemon and 4 misc. pokemon. I was lucky that they didn't have too much of my pokemon's weaknesses and there was no dragon guy, which made it extremely easier.
Anyways, breeding for the right nature is extremely annoying, I already bred 30 Larvitars and I still haven't gotten the nature I want. Geez, I really want Wifi so I can use the Global trading center and battle people online.
Just use a ditto of the right nature with Everstone =P Or breed Abras/Ralts of the right nature and hunt Dittos with them ^_^
Does anyone know where the guy who tells you if you've maxed out your EVs is? I think he gives out some sort of ribbon, but I want to know if I've finished EV training my Togepi.

IIRC, Breloom with good EVs does ~68% damage with Mach Punch to a standard T-Tar. Takes care of that berry thing pretty nicely, because he can't use leftovers with the berry.
I have a couple of questions.
1. What's the option making everybody's pokemon at level 100 when you are battling. (My friends are complaining that my pokemon are at too high of a level.)
2. Is IV breeding actually true? Because when I breeded, it didn't seem like 3 IVs were passed on.
