Used it against the Meercan Henchmen.  It helped me last 4 rounds...I usually get clobbered after 2 rounds.

1st round: attacked 5 light, defended 2 earth, 2 water(I think, on the water?)
2nd round: same as 1st round
3rd round: got frozen
4th round: attacked 5 light, defended 2 dark, 2 earth

I have screen shots of the 1st, 2nd and 4th rounds, if you'd like them.

I think I posted wrong.  That would be defended 2 physical not earth in the first round and 2 physical in the 4th round.
