when they mass. They rs surprisingly rare for a R98. Fpots are easy to rs, so if they appear so often then they would be hard to rs. Its a trade, you have to be very patient to see one, but not much rsing skill is required to get one.

how often? When I RSed my Fpots, I used to refresh about once every 2 seconds for maybe half an hour at a time. Sometimes taking breaks.

I came up with a new way of restocking for me, since I'm rubbish in neopian shops. Sniping off of the newest 20 page on the TP. You'd be surprised how many people put a codestone not knowing how much it is worth, for just 1k. I'm making about 50k a day.
