Are off-IDB, off-Neopets, off-Maplestory links allowed in signatures? I couldn't find any rule prohibiting it, but I thought I'd check just to make sure. Thanks 
Edit: Upon further rule-reading, I found a rule saying that any advertising of off-site links needs to be approved. Is there a specific (or preferred) person to ask about getting a link approved?
