Don't have time to go into detail here, so this is going to be short:
1. Upgrade that Lesser Healing Scroll now, while
Blue Scorchstone prices are still low from the loads Tarla dumped on the market. That's the single best weapon move you can make. If you get lucky, prices will return towards previous levels by the time you're ready to upgrade to a
Greater Healing Scroll
2. The earth defense of
Cloudy Wand of Storms is somewhat redundant with that of
Leaf Shield. If you're asking about Ice Club, I have to assume that upgrading the CWoS isn't an option for now, so
consider swapping the shield for
Patched Magic Hat,
Shiny Shoal Shell Shield,
Earthen Scorchstone or
Mystical White Cloak

Ice Club = teh awesome. The clubs being buyable 9 icon weapons has changed the battledome. However, there is no meaningful difference whatsoever between the icon quality of the two clubs, get whichever is cheaper. If I had more time I would list the common defenses against each and let you count them yourself, but for now, you'll just have to trust me on this.

Fighting Folder appears somewhat fractional from what limited testing I've done. But despite that it still deals more than the 6 average icons the
Tooth of Terrask does. With your 20 def pet, defending 3 dark icons is blocking 3.75 icons, so unless you find that you are being attacked with 3 or more dark icons MORE than half the time, the Folder is a better weapon for you.

What do you mean, bargaining? Just search it on the shop wiz and get the cheapest. There are a whole pile for under 40k, and it is worth that.

The expression is "gyp" (as in "I got gypped by that guy"), and some people find it offensive because it's (probably) derived from "gypsy," and came about because people thought gypsies would cheat you out of your money. It's even more offensive to actually call someone a gyp. And that person wasn't being stingy or trying to cheat you, anyway; you were trying to get a weapon for much less than it's worth. I wouldn't have sold it to you either. Suck it up and buy one off the wiz for the correct price.

I did suck it up in another manner and politely denied as did they. We both did. And i dont really care if you wouldnt sell it to me since you didn't. And yeah, I agree, grab a bargain if you can, but don't claim someone "jypped" you if they deny your offer. They're not being unfair; they're just trying to get the amount something's actually worth. If someone tried to charge you 500k for a Scuzzy's Comb,
that would be trying to cheat you.
I don't have much to say about your set, because I agree with rabid_schnauzer's suggestions. Just continue to train strength and defence, because you seem to like dual-duties (which is smart; they're useful and make 2-player battling fun). And yeah, that Earth Faerie Slingshot is a nice little weapon with good icon types, and I often recommend it or
Earth Faerie Bow (which costs a bit more) to newer battlers.
now thank you. I do accept i was a bit harsh on calling them a jyp, *i'll spell it my way* since i was just mad i couldn't get a bargain. I had advanced a lil rapidly since this thread was made. I am now selling my weps for stocks and such. So i guess this thread is pretty much closed. I dont know what kyslre_Shuba means since i made this one up.
