Well in that case you need to pound your current pet for being overtrained. Within the current rulesets:
TRAINING OF ANY SORT IS A MISTAKE FOR GUILD WARS. Being a higher boost just lets more oppoennts challenge you and gives them more points for beating you, so you shouldn't do it.
You need to train your new pet to 16 HP, and 55 Def while making sure it's str is 7 or less. Train to lvl 50 for berserk and faerie abilities. That gives you the optimum stat package for NCW league 1 as well as the lowest boost, so in guild wars you will be able to stalk higher boost/league opponents with impunity and decline any challenges you don't want. I recommend a Blumaroo for Blumaroo Dodge, but you could also do well with a species with strong resistances.
You'll likely need to pound this pet too and start over in 3-6 months when the NCW releases their new league calculator, but the general principle of training to the top of the lowest boost will still apply.
You'll need 3 seperate healers to rotate between depending on opponent and tournament:
Everlasting Crystal Apple for standard n00bination,
Cursed Elixir for an unblockable kill on any other league 1 pet and
Bracelet of Kings to use as a multihealer/defender/reflector in tourneys where ECA is banned. Of course, your long-term goal needs to be a
Rod of Dark Nova which multiheals substantially without taking up the healing slot, but that will take you a year or so, even at your listed income.
You'll also need 2 different freezers to swap around: both your standard F-pot and also a
Slumberberry Potion because multifreezing is your only hope of beating others using ECA when you're only dealing .5 per icon.
You might as well keep PCC and SOS, but really, any pair of constants which deal 24 or more combined icons with berserk will get you a one-round kill against any league 1 pet who doesn't heal or block some of the icons.
Glowing Cauldron is also a strong consideration as it gives you a big advantage when fighting against higher Str pets (which is how to get more points in guild wars.)
And you'll probably want weapons that take advantage of that huge Def advantage, such as
Ghostkershield,
Faerie Tabard,
Dark Faerie Collar, and/or
Mask of Coltzan,
And frankly, any guild which supports the currently common rulesets should have entry requirements very much like this, otherwise they are just asking to lose.
