You got some great weapons out there, but there could be some improvements you can do.
Winged Scarab to replace Scarab Ring
Cost less than 500k now, blocks full physical icons and best use for lab-pet users, additional 3 attack air icons and blocks 3 air icons,
Wand of Reality to replace Ramtors Spellbook
Cost around 3.5 million to 4 million, 13 fixed icons, can cut through burrow and sink partially.
Wilt, the lower your defence, the better
Winged Scarab works. It's not like traditional dual-duties. It would definitely work better than the Scarab Ring, anyway, and it's good in 1-player, as a lot of opponents deal physical icons.
Charin, I assume you're 1-player only, so I don't have any other weapon suggestions -- you're fine with what you've got. Just keep saving for the SoS. A good 50% healer (
Bag of Healing Dust, if you can't go with a species one) would also be great. Those robot feet are impractical in the long run, and a good healer is a very important part of a set.

I also play in 2-player, and yes, this was my lab pet, but I am currently training levels to get to the point of being able to train that horrible defence. I appreciate all the advice.
I thought training defence will be a waste for you. Diversify your attack icons is good enough

I'm not sure that's true. I expect to use this pet for a long time, so eventually defence training will become more important. It's a slow process, but I'm working on it all the time. His levels are currently at 151. Once I finally get to where I can train defence, I know it will cost more, but I think in the long run it will pay off.
Actually the high hp makes for its weak defence, so it does not matter.
