Aw man, you mean Ooga's typos arn't some sort of findish puzzle in which the solver gets a reward? Darn it, and I was looking forward to a difficult obscurn puzzle to (and I'm not being sarcastic either).

I thought that if both had a majority then you could unvote someone unless the second person was locked at 75%? Although locking isn't mentioned in the rules ^.~

Booga was casually walking around when he heard a growling in the dining room. He ran in to see TOSO's mauled body on the ground from scratches, bullets in his pocket. He was Guunman Gary and had bullets to give away but hadn't found anyone to give them to.

Only evidence I have is voting patterns. He voted for me, and not MagicPlaya, who turned out bad. He also looks fairly new, and such a pattern is a common newbie mistake.
Not much to go on, but unless the dreamers have results, voting/behavior analysis is the best way to decide on an execution subject.
