My account had recently got into, the person took my set/np's. I had:
honey potion
Garoo Elite Blaster
Kacheek Life potion
Earthen Scorchstone
Ice Club
Downsize!
Leaf Sheild (dunno why...)

Now i just have:
Ramtors Spellbook
Ice Club
Downsize
Kacheek life potion
some mud mixtures

and i really don't see any difference. I have beaten all challengers that i could before. I just beat meuka (full health win) with this set. I don't see the point in bombs anymore.
you will if we meet in a quickfight Smile you can upgrade your bombs to you know i have been using g-bomb for a long time now and i traded out my WoR for a RCG and i simply love it. of course bombs are single use and there really isnt much farther i can go except to a multi-use weapons now if i were to upgrade.
Honey Potion is now just a couple more icons, rather than a few more. Back in the day when it was 300K and the only comparable thing (that I can remember) was Halo of Devilpuss (and before that, Snowball Club or Battle Duck), it was not only the same price as a slightly more powerful weapon, but doubled the icons for that turn.

Honey Potion now is just four icons more than Stone Club or Ice Club, three more than the NQ2 ten-iconers, and two more than the eleven-iconers. It's only randomly stronger than Wand of Reality or Bow of Destiny.

Ghostkerbomb is the only grenade that's truly a grenade in its class anymore.

However, even a couple of extra icons can make a difference (which, as Harbor pointed out, is more essential under the pressure of Two Player battling). For One Player battlers, I'd probably recommend skipping Honey Potion entirely, or (as I usually suggest) just train.
You can do more than 13 icons with a Honey Potion if you freeze-and-bomb.

And now you know why the PIN is important.
