Pretty much only do war time fighting anymore.
Considering:
Frozen Wand of Crystals (Dual Duty Water Defense) - But the attack Icons are all ready covered by Mask and Crown
Scarab Medallion (Weak Dual Duty) - Exclusive for attack during Sink
Not happy with either of those choices though.
Budget is limited, have been doing dailies again to get 20k or so.
Don't recomend items to far past what I currently have.

Um, he's sick. My best friend's, sister's, boyfriend's, brother's, girlfriend, heard from this guy, who knows this kid, who's going with the girl, who saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.
EDIT: I purchased Frozen Wand of Crystals.
My set now looks like this, but it may not matter if the war is over.

I guess you have such a nice weapon gear and don't have a big budget that any of us don't dare to make suggestions.
Also weapons has suffered a big inflation since last war...
I saw that the
Lishas Homemade Armour is not well researched... how works his defense? If works fine just change your
Leaf Shield for an attacker...

No need to be sarcastic -- there aren't a lot of people here who even give advice, and we were busy fighting, too. Anyway, there's not much to suggest in your price range. You could use a main attacker that does more icons than the ones you have now, so that you could pack a punch against a frozen opponent... but it's not really worth upgrading unless you jump to 13 icons, and you can't afford that (I suppose you
could consider something like the 11-icon
Goo Blaster or
Fungus Ray, but I've used 'em and wasn't a fan... and they're double your budget anyway). Your healer is fine for now, you already have the best mid-range dual-duties in MoC and AFC (although maybe, in the future, consider
Hobans Hat instead of that weaker frozen wand), and you have a great freezer and the best bomb you can possibly afford. So... I dunno. Save up, I guess; go for
Wand of Reality or
Bow of Destiny someday.
Also, how does that Lishas Homemade Armor really work? It's pretty obvious that the testing for IDB was done before people really understood defence; they were just looking at the icons (which are pretty meaningless). How many icons/how much damage does it block against an opponent with the same strength boost as your defence boost? If you're good at testing, you should do a thread in weapon information and updates.
Why would he get patched magic hat? He already blocks light with AFC, and earth and phys with the leaf shield. The hat is unnecessary. The rest of your advice is basically what's already been said.
I'd suggest Hobans Hat over a TCG blaster anyday. It's comparably priced and only one attack icon weaker (and with decent defence added), and it has good icon types. Plus, it was a plot prize and will only inflate in the future.

Lishas Homemade Armor. If you don't know how there are people that would do it gladly and you don't need to lend it with the
sticky hand method.

I suggust morphing your pet into a Gelert, Elephante or a Kacheek and using a species healer. Greater Healing scroll will soon be worthless compared to the species healer.
Sell Lisha's Homemade Armour for say... 12 mil+
That is WAY out of his budget, Redwolves. He asked for upgrades costing not much more than 600k. A SoS alone is almost 11 mil, and the BoD is 3.5 mil. There's no guarantee anyone would pay 12 mil+ for that armor, so there's no use suggesting high-level HT weapons until/unless the budget changes. Also, please read
