I don't know if it is my router, connection, or just overuse of BD due to war, but my Battledome isn't loading properly. Should I switch up and use Internet Explorer and take a huge risk, or should I just learn to be patient and refresh the thing 20 times only to not get the win I deserve?
It's currently lagging badly.
it's just getting too much traffic, but hey...
anybody have any tips for making it work a little better?
Ah well, I figured as much. The only tip I have is to stop overloading it for now. Those gravestones are an utter waste of time anyway, lets wait for a real wave of opponents to come!
You have the 20 boost in strength. I think you should rethink what you dismiss as an "utter waste of time."
I hope the next wave (assuming this is a real war) jumps to about 50 difficulty and weeds out all the non-battlers who are currently whaling on the stones with nothing but a scarab ring, a scarab stone slingshot and a leaf shield.

It's not like it'll make a difference when everyone and their dog could score at least twenty wins on these three Opponents without breaking a sweat. I'm just praying the lag will start letting up by the end of the weekend.
I agree... I think three opponents with such similar difficulties is overkill. In the Meridell war with the spyders, they were difficulty 12, but the next opponent up was 40 (and in the other Meridell war, the first opponents were 20/25 and the next were 40/60), which makes more sense to me.
The weekend is going to suck... unless, hm, maybe they'll remove the stones when the next wave is released. That could help. Assuming this is a real "war," I expect a new wave Friday evening.
I hope they don't retire the wave, and doubt they will. It's a ploy that helps the newbies most, and removing them would just hurt the newbies if the lag was consistent the entire time. (Then again, that's better than the limited Eyries and whatever else we saw following the Spyders.)
What I'm finding odd is that in checking their sets, the middle Stone, Macabre, doesn't have a Muffin like the other two do. The Spyders had something or other that added up substantially over time, but the Macabre Stone has nothing. All three of these Opponents are too weak.
I recon the next one will be around 25-30 in difficulty so that real newbies won't be able to manage it but low level battlers should be able to notch up a few wins at least
I hope my 55 booster doesnt get weeded too soon

I've only got 35 boost on Attack and Defense, but I have a decent set and have beaten up through Garoo on DoN. Think I stand a chance?
