ty anson, anyway when this was up ? I just woke up, and what's the damage ? 800-1k again ?

I wonder how this was possible although I used the Thick Smoke Bomb???

Ahhhhhhhhhhh!  Run from the German!  Sorry, I learn German at school and I'm not very good at it so I'm scared.

Anyway, I think that it's because they want to reduce lag and each player can only make one move against the Mayor.  I'm not sure about it though.  It's only what I think.  Even though Thick Smoke Bomb blocks everything, they still make it go through so it's extremely unfair.  And also, using those weapons listed on IDB, it's impossible to do 1,600+ damage.  I've tried receiving 2,000+ damage from him even using burrow or sink and Downsize!.  I've once tried receiving 1 icon from him but it dealt 1,500+ damage to me.  I think even though you have 4,000 health to begin with, he can still kill you.

You have to do all parts of the plot AND go to Neovia to receive him as a challenger before you can fight him.

I heard some people who didn't finish the composition part were able to get the BD challenger.

I skipped the composition part, did the Asylum, and got him as a Challenger.

I also heard some speculation that you only needed to finish the Asylum to get him, but I don't know how accurate that is.
