Its boss, he started with more hp, and as people fighting him, his hp decreases

Does that mean that all we have to do is wait until his hp gets very low??

I think it means you should fight him to help get his HP down. I'm curious what will happen when it hits 0.

You guys DO know that he does about 900 damage automatically, even if you use a TSB or he doesn't use a weapon.

This is stupid. Visited Neopia, and it still won't let me fight him. Moronic TNT.

He's out... only got about 89 loses against him, he wasn't that tough.
My pet has never been so glad to take a beating.

Edit: And he's back... Geez, I hope it won't take 100000 fights to take him down this time.

And again, even with no weapons, he still deals damages.

oK I did know that my pet would be overkilled... but i made my part... i reduced the mayor's health for about 250 hp (almost all from 2, in diferent battles, drain life).

How come I can't get the Mayor to fight? What does it mean that I need to visit Neopia first? I went there, but do I need to do something more?? Help!

I believe for each loss (or for each time someone gets the "he absorbs your attack" message), he loses one hit point. He doesn't lose the full amount of damage you do, or else he'd be dead already... lot of pets out there that can do 1k+ damage.
