I just spent 57.90 on two AMEX giftcards- one for my mom (birthday present) and one for me, to use for NX cash. I asked the clerk whether they could be used for online gaming purchases, and she says yes. I get home, attempt to spend mine on NX cash (after activating them, of course) and I can't register them with PayPal.
It turns out that AMEX cards don't work at all, according to sleepywood.
So I just wasted 25 dollars. It might not be much to people who have jobs and such, but I live off of 10 dollars a week in exchange for no lunch at school. Still, I might be able to use the card to buy a VISA all-access gift card, which I *know* works.

Why didn't you get a Visa Gift Card? They're pretty much everywhere..
The store was sold out, the only visa cards they had were $100. I don't have that much money =P
Anyhow, even though I can't return it, I'm pretty sure I can spend my AMEX card to buy a Visa.
