Not so. I remember Poogley Boogley having it in some game quite a while ago. I'm fairly sure that that role your talking about was just made up by someone who didn't know of the existence of the old one. Although I have too say I don't remember what the abilities of the old one was, I only remember seeing it once. I'm assuming mine in this game is the same.

although the message writer may infact be a baddie role it is better to vote for someone with a bit of evidence on them than let the randomiser choose

Simply because a gravedigger would not be one of the important roles that with a shortage of people would be left in the game. And that's not what the grave digger does, anyway.

I agree, the description of the role and the role name don't seem to match up.

chicken, I just did some research, and although these forums don't have memory of games before werewolf 16, playing in most of those earlier games I know for certain grave digger was not invented before that. And it was not in any game after ww 16 as described by you. It's not even in werewiki, the randomness sponsered werewolf encyclopedia. And since I'm sure jaka based most of his roles on classic roles of the game, and even though he might of added some new ones, what your describing is not grave digger, nice try, can't fool a person who's been a ww player for so long
