Well wilt's is not bad but missing some stuff...like a freezer. If I had infinite np, I'd first buy as many neggs as possible and start negging+training like mad. My goal would be to beat 10k hp and both boosts within 1 year. then I'd worry about finding this set:
but with infinite cash, I'd probably buy some PCCs (as in a few thousand) and begin trading them off...for example:
5 PCC for a jadeSS
3 PCC for a t-tear
5-10PCC for the castle defender's shield
30 PCC for SUAP * 2
8PCC for a FSS
20 PCC for a moehog skull-probably upgrade to a multi freezer later
and lastly a WoDF and I-staff for 50 PCC each. (1in set, 1 in SDB)
That would probably be the best set possible. You can rotate the FSS SUAPs and WoDF/Istaff depending on who you are fighting and how you feel like winning (as you'll be invincible).
Then I'd finally finish by buying up everything on neopets worth over 10 mil and stock up and gazillions of stuff from the HT and quit neo since I alreayd have infinite np
